Key Warranty Features

1. 4M Home Services takes full responsibility only for products and services provided on a “SUPPLY & INSTALL” basis. Products sold on a “SUPPLY ONLY” basis are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Subject to the limitations in the manufacturers’ warranties and the conditions outlined herein, 4M Home Services provides the following warranties:

a) Workmanship — Lifetime warranty.

b) U.P.V.C. window frames and sashes — Lifetime warranty against material defects such as blistering, peeling, delamination, corrosion, or fading.

c) Window hardware — Lifetime warranty for material defects.

d) Insulating glass units — Lifetime warranty against seal failure. Any physical damage to the glass (cracks, scratches, etc.) is not covered. Spontaneous glass breakage is covered for one heating season.

e) Sliding door frames and sashes made of U.P.V.C. — Lifetime warranty against material defects such as blistering, peeling, corrosion, uneven fading, or discoloration.

f) Steel doors, glass inserts, and other components — Lifetime warranty against material defects, including door panel delamination, blistering, peeling, hinge and sill corrosion, and uneven fading or discoloration.

3. The warranty is non-prorated (full) and can be transferred to the new homeowner with a mandatory 60-day written notice to 4M Home Services.

Exclusions & Limitations

4M Home Services will not be liable for:

Variations in grain patterns or color of natural wood components.
Condensation on the interior surface of glazing caused by natural humidity and temperature differences, especially when exacerbated by window coverings, blinds, curtains, or shutters that prevent.
Physical damage of any kind resulting from misuse, accidents, improper cleaning or maintenance, exposure to harsh chemicals, natural disasters, third-party actions, or other external factors.
Damage caused by building structure movement, wall shifts, or any subsequent construction work such as painting, stucco application, or interior re-trimming.
Products that have been repaired, adjusted, or modified by anyone other than certified 4M Home Services technicians.
Any consequential or incidental damages caused by a defective product, regardless of whether the defect is covered under this warranty.
Products for which full payment has not been made within 45 days of the installation date.
